Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the fashion items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
